Masson’s tumor or intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia is a benign lesion of the skin and subcutaneous tissue. It due to reactive proliferation cells with formations related thrombus. poses an interesting diagnostic differential as clinical signs symptoms are nonspecific. The diagnosis based on histopathology. We report case hemangioma occurring right ring finger.
